The Youth Transition Network is a coalition of youth, college and military ministries that are working together to prepare, motivate and transition our youth into the next phase of their Christian walk. The years following graduation are vital. Many of our youth set the course for their faith apart from parents’ direct influence during the initial years away from home. It is during this period that they make decisions that set their life trajectory in motion: lifestyle, career and often their spouse. Doing so, apart from the Lord, often carries lifelong ramifications.

During the past two years we have tested video content (Be Prepared DVD) and biblical content that can be used separately or combined into a powerful preparation session that has proven to dramatically impact our youths’ desire to connect to college, career and military ministries and find Christian roommates.
