Jeff Schadt was born in Evanston, IL and raised in Arizona and Connecticut. He has a B.S.B.C. degree in Marketing from Northern Arizona University and a Masters degree in Biblical Leadership from Phoenix Seminary. For 4 years he served as campus staff with his wife, Deedee, for Campus Crusade for Christ at Oregon State University and Northern Arizona University. more --> |

Bill led The Navigator collegiate ministry at the University of Illinois at Urbana from 1972 – 1981. From 1982 – 1988 Bill served as the Navigator State Director for IL and was involved in the student ministry at Bradley University. In 1988 the family moved to Sacramento, CA where Bill directed the Nav ministry in California and the Pacific Northwest. Bill assumed the role of Associate U.S. Collegiate Director in 1991, then joined that National Leadership Team in 1998 serving as the Student Ministry Director. more -->

Dr. Kara Powell

Dr. Kara E. Powell serves as an Assistant Professor in Youth and Family Ministry and the Executive Director of the Center for Youth and Family Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary (see www.cyfm.net). Prior to that, Kara was an Assistant Professor of Youth Ministry and Practical Theology at Azusa Pacific University. In 1994, Kara graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Master’s of Divinity degree from Bethel Theological Seminary West and her Ph.D. in Practical Theology from Fuller Seminary for her work in Pastoral Role Expectations in 2000. She completed her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in the field of Human Biology and graduated with Honors from Stanford University in 1991.

Dan Hardaway Serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Campus Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Communications. As a staff member for the last 24 years he has served in Kansas, South Carolina, California and various cities throughout the world. Dan created a project for the campus ministry called the Freshman Survival Kit which has been distributed to 1.33 million students over the last 10 years. It includes a bible, book, CD, video and water bottle all in a laundry bag. more --> |

He has been a full-time vocational youth worker since 1971 when he joined the high school staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. Val grew up in an atheistic home. At age 12, while visiting her Christian grandparents, she accepted
Christ. Later, while attending Northern Arizona University, Val served in Campus Ambassadors’ student
leadership. After graduating in 1978, she was appointed a Campus Ambassador by Mission to the Americas. In 1981,
Val and Steve, who was also on the CA staff, were married. Steve came to the Lord in college through the ministry

Jerry Mann, served as Area Director of Young Life's Greater Mission District in San Francisco, California for seventeen years. He currently serves as Director of Continuing Education for Young Life and is the chairman of the Young Life/ Württemberg church partnership. Jerry is on the board of Bridgemont High School and served as Dean of Fellowship Bible Institute and College of Theological and Urban Studies.
